Job summary
WRITER is seeking a senior Deployment Engineer to partner with enterprise customers and scale AI-powered solutions across Fortune 500 accounts. You’ll translate complex needs into tangible deployments, architecture, and integrations that drive measurable business results.
Based in the US with a hybrid work model, you’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to push the boundaries of our platform and create champions inside customer organizations.
Qualifications
- Five+ years in technical SaaS roles with three+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
- Strong Python and API skills for designing prompts and AI use.
- Experience delivering complex AI-enabled solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Excellent communication and ability to present to executives.
Responsibilities
- Identify strategic AI use cases with enterprise customers and own end-to-end implementations.
- Architect and deliver custom applications and integrations using WRITER's platform and APIs.
- Translate technical concepts into prescriptive recommendations for customers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes and documentation to accelerate value delivery.
- Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within accounts.
