Job summary

Delta Dental of Illinois invites applications for an Electronic Enrollment Analyst in Naperville, IL. The role focuses on electronic enrollment file implementation, ongoing processing, and liaison activities between enterprise technical support and group programmers.

The ideal candidate will have a two-year degree or relevant experience, strong enrollment processing knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or relevant work experience involving extensive computer use and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Enrollment processing is required; prior experience with electronic enrollment files is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact positively with technical team members, business users and external stakeholders.
• Must be attentive to detail and organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) applications required.
• Experience with business application tools such as Business Objects, Footprints, and/or Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Enrollment contact for electronic enrollment file implementation and ongoing processing.
• Coordinate implementation of new/existing groups to electronic enrollment processing and manage task credentialing, file layouts, test files and results.
• Process eligibility files and review output reports; update accumulators as needed for new groups.
• Review internal and external error reports and provide errors to group contacts; analyze and fix issues.
• Initiate conference calls with technical support, group programmers and contacts to discuss setup, testing and ongoing transmission of enrollment.
• Identify and report file layout or processing issues; test enhancements and drive issue resolution with teams.
