Job summary

BridgePrep Academy is seeking a Student Enrollment & Outreach Coordinator (Hybrid) to drive field recruitment and family engagement in Palm Beach County. This role serves as the primary brand ambassador, hosting events, guiding families from first inquiry to enrollment, and working with the growth team to expand educational access.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication with diverse families.
• High energy, self-motivation, and a drive to learn and succeed in a dynamic field environment.
• Willingness to perform active field work (approx. 45% standing, 30% walking, 25% sitting) and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening via the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
• Prior experience in community outreach, student recruitment, event planning, sales, or admissions.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Grassroots Field Recruitment: Attend community events, host off-site presentations, organize cold-calling campaigns, and lead canvassing to generate leads and enrollments.
• Family Nurture & Engagement: Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, email, and messages to answer questions and guide families through the enrollment steps.
• Events & Campus Tours: Host in-person and virtual information sessions, campus tours, and family orientation opportunities.
• Content & Media Capture: Take photos/videos at school events to support communications and brand awareness.
• Data Integrity & System Maintenance: Verify applications, capture accurate data, and update recruitment systems promptly.
