BridgePrep Academy Palm Beach is seeking a Hybrid Student Recruitment & Community Specialist to lead local outreach, host events, and guide prospective families from first inquiry to enrollment. The role emphasizes community engagement, relationship building, and thorough data handling in a fast-paced education network.

The position requires strong customer service skills, bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, and willingness to perform active field work while supporting a robust community

Qualificações

• Customer service excellence with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability, high energy, and willingness to learn and succeed in a dynamic field.
• Physical capability for active field work (approx. 45% standing, 30% walking, 25% sitting) and light lifting.
• Compliance: ability to complete Level 2 background screening in Florida.

Responsabilidades

• Grassroots field recruitment at community fairs, daycares, and local events.
• Nurture and engage families via phone, email, and messages through enrollment steps.
• Host in-person and virtual information sessions, campus tours, and family orientations.
• Capture photos/videos at events to support campus communications and branding.
• Verify applications and maintain recruitment data in tracking systems.
