Job summary

SSOE in the Tool Install division is hiring an Engineering Project Manager (Tool Install Design Lead). You will collaborate with lead engineers, manage project scope and schedule, drive technical decisions, and be the primary design liaison to client Tool Experts to ensure alignment with expectations.

Working alongside the designated Project Manager, you co-lead the project through all phases to final delivery, coordinating with delivery teams, managing documents, and supporting RFI responses to

Qualifications

• Strong communication of complex concepts to teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with tool installation design or semiconductor fab environments is a plus.
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across international sites and global teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate accepted depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement detailed project plans encompassing technical specifications, engineering standards, and quality control measures.
• Lead and coordinate with delivery teams, aligning design execution with client expectations, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as the Design Liaison to client Tool Experts and Project Managers to clear design constraints.
• Collaborate with lead engineers to manage scope and drive technical decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track in fast-paced environments.
