You will prepare and edit documents, track milestones, manage data and change processes, and assist with metrics and reporting in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, SAFe‑based workflows, and effective interface with customers, engineers, and managers. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience communicating with a wide variety of technical and management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Edit and format software/hardware documentation; verify change requests and implement into docs.
• Coordinate data conversion and maintain project files.
• Track status for inquiries and problem resolution during pre-release, release, and revision of docs.
• Provide tools support to Engineering; generate reports.
• Operate in a Scaled Agile Framework environment and support Agile workflows.
• Coordinate the Third-Party IP documentation.
• Prepare presentations and support development of engineering web pages.
• Collect metrics and prepare presentation materials for analysis.
• Assist with tracking action items and drive closure in change management tools.
• Support Bid & Proposal processes and follow up with bidding engineers to meet deadlines.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external contacts.
