Qualifications

• Experience communicating with a wide variety of technical and management personnel.
• SAP knowledge and experience editing, formatting, and preparing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Edit and format software/hardware documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and managers on documentation changes.
• Capture requirements and track milestones and metrics for projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for engineering teams.
• Serve as liaison between engineering teams, management, and customers.
