Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an OEM Engineering Program Manager II in Houston, TX. This hybrid role requires you to work an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office, coordinating multiple projects within a large-scale program and leading cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Typically, 2-4 years' experience in program management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates multiple projects within a large-scale program.
• Develops portions of support requirements for assigned project, including budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinates the activities of associated project teams; tracks progress against plans and reports results.
• Develops program communications, including status reports and summaries; tracks escalations and resolutions.
• Leads resources across multiple projects.
