Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product engineering or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully executing and overseeing customer deliverables.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated team leadership and development skills.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and technology / process deployment.
• Experience with engineering and automation tools (Teamcenter, DOORS / DOORS NG, Rational Publishing Engine, SAP, MS Office, WRS, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering services, including documentation, product data packages, and hardware coordination.
• Oversee the production of customer deliverables and ensure high service quality.
• Identify and deploy new technology methods to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams (project engineering, sourcing, quality) to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction including accurate and near-real time status reporting.
