Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager – Hardware and Digital Services in Tempe, Arizona. This role involves managing engineering services, technical documentation, and product data packages across various teams. The successful candidate will oversee the production of customer deliverables, ensuring high service quality and driving digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, possess 7+ years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. This is a hybrid position, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule.
As an Engineering Manager – Hardware and Digital Services here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing engineering services, including technical documentation, product data packages, and hardware coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of customer deliverables and ensuring the highest level of service quality in support of products ranging from commercial aircraft flight control actuation systems to strategic defense platforms.
In addition, you will be at the forefront of identifying and deploying new technology methods to enhance these engineering services and drive digital transformation.
You will report directly to our Director of Engineering, Actuation Systems within the Control Systems (CS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction of our engineering services through your strategic vision and technical expertise. You will manage a team of professionals and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
