Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Tempe, AZ seeks an experienced Systems or Product Engineer to serve as Functional Chief for Electromechanical Dynamics and Control. You will drive technical excellence and lead cross-functional teams across the CS SBU.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering, Assure, this hybrid role focuses on development guidelines, modeling methods, and process improvements while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and maintain product and process design guidelines for electromechanical systems.
• Develop and maintain analytical methods, modeling processes and architecture for dynamics and control.
• Chair dynamic performance and control portions of product design reviews with chief engineers.
• Support program execution, including Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations.
• Mentor workforce and drive process-improvement initiatives.
