Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership or management experience.

• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.
• Deliver software initiatives, enhancements, and modernization efforts.
• Partner with Product Management to set priorities and roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to security, quality, and development standards.
• Monitor sprint execution, capacity, and delivery metrics.
• Remove blockers and address risks to timelines.
• Guide architectural and technical decision-making.
• Promote code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on platform strategy and modernization.
