- 7+ years in software engineering.
- 2+ years in technical leadership or management.
- Experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and engineering best practices.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers.
- Deliver software initiatives, product enhancements, and modernization efforts.
- Partner with Product Management to set priorities and roadmaps.
- Ensure adherence to standards, security, and quality expectations.
- Monitor sprint execution, capacity, and delivery metrics; remove blockers.
- Guide architectural and technical decisions; promote best practices.
