Sage in Atlanta is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering AI-powered financial capabilities within our cloud accounting platform. You will mentor engineers, drive delivery cadence, and collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders to align on roadmaps.

You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, contribute to technical strategy, and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading software teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of software engineers with hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Drive the team's delivery cadence, establish processes, priorities, and workflows.
• Own end-to-end accountability for engineering delivery across product areas.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align on roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions with senior engineers.
• Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
