Job summary

Citi is seeking an Engineering Lead Analyst in Irving, TX, to drive the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software systems within an agile team. The role emphasizes microservices, .NET, Angular, and modern CI/CD practices.

You will own end-to-end delivery, implement performance tuning, and contribute to SRE and security initiatives while collaborating across stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven software development experience with microservices.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and Angular.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or AWS ECS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket/GitHub).
• Experience with SQL Server; familiarity with Oracle and MongoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful API design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-volume, low-latency microservices.
• Drive clean, well-designed, testable code and conduct unit tests.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle with CI/CD and automated delivery.
• Tune performance for SLOs/SLAs and contribute to SRE initiatives.
• Provide production support and drive resiliency tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies using JIRA.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Ensure security and regulatory controls.
