Job summary

Citi in Irving, Texas, seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software using microservices, .NET, and modern front-end tech. You will own the full lifecycle, participate in agile rituals, and drive performance, reliability, and security initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coding, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient systems and customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience in software development with microservices experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and .NET core, Angular, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture patterns and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or AWS ECS, and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of high-volume microservices for mission-critical apps.
• Drive clean, testable code with rigorous reviews and unit testing.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle including CI/CD using Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitHub, Artifactory.
• Optimize performance to meet SLAs and contribute to SRE governance and security.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and resiliency planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide teams through agile processes with JIRA.
