Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client projects across Consumer, Telco & Technology and Quotient – AI initiatives. You will guide teams, manage relationships with clients, and drive value through rigorous analysis and strategic problem solving.

You’ll work with Partners to deliver on engagements, develop new business opportunities, and mentor junior colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Willingness to travel—up to 50%—is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm
• Track record of leading and managing teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; AI/genAI capabilities preferred
• Experience in client management and building business opportunities
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client projects and manage client relationships with Partners
• Ensure on-time delivery of complex programs using best practices
• Guide clients across situations and advise on commercial processes
• Identify and pursue new engagement opportunities with clients
• Develop intellectual capital through thought leadership and cross-team collaboration
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
