Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an Energy and Planning Analyst in Salisbury, NC to perform analyses and deliver reporting for ESG and energy compliance programs across ADUSA locations. You will forecast energy consumption using historical data and support various internal requests.

The role requires statistical forecasting experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1 year of experience analyzing high volumes of data.
• Strong Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform statistical modelling and forecasting.
• Track Net Zero emissions progress and ESG reporting.
• Handle state/local ordinance reporting for compliance.
• Support GHG/ESG reporting for Health & Sustainability.
• Conduct scenario calculations for carbon reduction projects.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for energy usage requests.
