Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a data analytics professional to drive health and sustainability reporting across the organization. You will ensure accuracy, validation, and timely submissions as the final reviewer of data.

You will analyze ESG metrics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights to support brand performance against targets. This role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, and effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3–5 years in data analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead meetings with multiple management levels and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly reporting for health and sustainability goals with data accuracy.
• Prepare updated healthy sales reporting with trend analysis and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze ESG metrics to evaluate efficiency and guide business teams; provide training as needed.
• Collaborate with brand managers to present insights for brand conversations and targets.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and support process improvements as required.
