Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a data- and ESG‑focused professional to support Health & Sustainability reporting across multiple US teams. You will validate quarterly results, partner with ESG Finance, and help drive healthy sales insights through data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of data analytics experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a high school diploma with 3-5 years of data analytics experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, pivot tables).
• Experience with Power BI is preferred and beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and lead meetings across multiple management levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly health and sustainability reporting with data accuracy and validated results.
• Prepare periodic healthy sales reporting with trends, opportunities, and insights for brands.
• Analyze ESG metrics to evaluate operating efficiency and drive improvements with business teams.
