Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Modeling Consultant in Arizona to deliver high-quality energy assessments and validate energy modeling for HOMES and HEAR programs. You will liaise between the field team and modeling software, calibrate data, and finalize equipment with customers.

The role requires experience in energy auditing, modeling, and project management, with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in quality control and QA, or energy efficiency consulting.
• Knowledge of building science and technical expertise required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (some overnight).
• US Citizen status required.

Responsibilities

• Energy modeling QA: review in-home audit data and refine projects to meet BPI requirements.
• Finalize equipment selection with customers and generate work orders; obtain customer signatures.
• May conduct on-site assessments or field inspections and write inspection reports.
• Develop and implement energy audit protocols and QA/QC standards.
• Review QC findings and implement remedies to address inaccuracies.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to monitor performance and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program operations, IT, Marketing, and Customer Service.
