Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Project Manager with Grid Integration to lead complex EPC projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction with customers, supply chain, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and safe execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large EPC projects from initiation to closeout.
• Experience delivering power systems, power delivery, utility, transmission or substations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project execution plans to achieve goals and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate updates for successful delivery.
• Coordinate resource planning across internal teams and subcontractors.
• Support safety planning and safe execution practices with project stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Communicate project status and financial performance to customers and stakeholders.
