HITACHI ENERGY USA INC. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Grid Integration Senior Project Manager to lead multi‑million‑dollar EPC programs, spanning substation and grid integration initiatives. This role requires relocation to Raleigh and offers a comprehensive relocation package for qualified candidates.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution with cross‑functional teams, ensuring on‑time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in complex industrial, utility, infrastructure, or EPC environments.
• Experience leading high‑voltage substation projects, transmission projects, or utility‑scale EPC programs.
• PMP certification preferred; ability to obtain US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex EPC substation and grid integration projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and customer expectations through the lifecycle.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and supply chain teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide executive‑level reporting and maintain project financial performance including forecasting and profitability.
