Job summary

Eversource Energy in Berlin, CT is seeking an Administrator to support Connecticut’s residential energy efficiency programs. You will handle customer interactions, process applications and invoices, and assist with reporting and rebates for statewide offerings.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and 5–6 years of related experience, with proficiency in Salesforce, PowerClerk, and MS Office. Hybrid work setup and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business, marketing or other relevant degree.
• 5–6 years of related experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and PowerClerk preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and MS Office skills.
• Ability to review program information and explain to customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Works with customers and contractors to provide accurate energy efficiency program information and eligibility guidance.
• Process customer applications and invoices for state and federal offerings.
• Support reporting and rebate processing for residential programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experiences.
• Travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary and work a hybrid schedule.
