- Support implementation of Connecticut residential energy efficiency programs, including State and federally funded offerings
- Interact directly with customers and contractors regarding program eligibility and participation requirements
- Manage customer call activity, internet activity, and tracking-system lead processing
- Support reporting and rebate processing
- Collaborate with Wise Use team administrators on inquiries, application processing, and process improvements
- Resolve customer inquiries from the internal customer care team
- Process customer applications and invoices
- Review and process residential energy efficiency program invoices according to payment rules and metrics
- Use company systems to verify customer and project data and establish appropriate energy efficiency solutions
- Analyze customer income for program qualification
- Support Energy Efficiency Consultants, Supervisors, and Manager with program implementation and tracking assignments
- Represent Eversource professionally in written and verbal communications with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Associate degree in business, marketing, or another relevant field
- Five (5)–six (6) years of related experience required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Salesforce and Clean Power Research PowerClerk preferred
- Ability to review technical and detailed program information and communicate it to customers and third-party contractors
- Ability to work as a team player and self-starter
- Demonstrated multitasking ability and strong prioritization
- Flexibility to change
- Must be available for emergency restoration assignments as required
- Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary
- Must be able to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and up to five days in the office if needed
