Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT field or closely related field with progressive experience.
• Three years of progressive experience in systems software programming or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical administration, engineering, escalation, and problem-resolution support for complex endpoint management and security platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise endpoint technologies and security configurations across Windows and Apple environments.
• Develop endpoint configurations, security policies, automation, and monitoring capabilities.
