Recruitment Range: $81,504 - $94,000 The position is designated Statutory Exempt (EHRA) and is exempt from the State Human Resources Act. This position may be eligible for hybrid remote work in accordance with state policy and the agency’s remote work program but does require weekly onsite work. Any telework will be under the conditions of the state Teleworking Program Policy and the employer may end any teleworking arrangement at any time in the employer's sole discretion.

The position supports Windows and Apple endpoint platforms, operating system management, cloud PC environments, endpoint security technologies, identity and device management services, and enterprise management applications supporting statewide agencies, state government entities, and mission-critical operations. This position provides hands‑on technical administration and engineering of enterprise endpoint management and security platforms, with responsibility for configuration, integration, automation, monitoring, security controls, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and complex technical problem resolution.
The Enterprise Endpoint Management team is part of NCDIT Enterprise Operations and provides centralized enterprise endpoint management, engineering, security, and technical support services. The unit supports Windows and Apple endpoint environments, endpoint security, cloud and hybrid computing environments, enterprise endpoint management platforms, and related operational services for participating statewide agencies and entities. The team provides Tier 3 technical administration, engineering, security, integration, automation, and escalation support for enterprise endpoint services that enable secure, reliable, standardized, and compliant computing operations across statewide government environments.
