Arbitration Forums Inc. seeks an Endpoint Solutions Engineer to design, deploy, and support endpoint technologies for the enterprise. You will balance project design with daily support and partner with systems experts to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on device support, configuration, and training for Tier 1 staff, while maintaining asset inventory and SLA adherence in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience.
• Desktops, laptops, and printers hardware knowledge.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS.
• Extensive VPN, Wireless, VMware, and networking experience.
• Experience deploying endpoints using WorkspaceONE/Airwatch or Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe, WebEx and antivirus tech.
• Customer service practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure and deploy new endpoint technology to employees.
• Analyze, test and modify device management technologies prior to rollout.
• Discover, recommend and implement solutions.
• Perform hands-on fixes at the device level and manage software/hardware upgrades.
• Monitor and follow up with users to ensure problems are resolved.
• Administer user accounts on AF systems (AD, Exchange, DUO, WebEx, VMware Horizon).
