Job summary

Delaware Department of Technology & Information (DTI) seeks an EDL Analyst to deliver desktop and network support, manage end-user accounts, and administer file shares and permissions within the state’s enterprise environment.

You will install, configure, secure, and upgrade software, address issues proactively, provide second-level incident support, and mentor junior staff on complex tickets and large projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of PowerShell scripting experience focused on Active Directory and Windows OS.
• 2 years building and deploying silent installations with deployment tools.
• 2 years Windows/Linux/Mac OS environment experience.
• 2 years Desktop and application virtualization experience (VMware, VDI, Citrix).
• 2 years writing SQL queries.
• 2 years installing, configuring, securing and upgrading software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, network operations and technical support.
• Manage creation/deletion of File Shares, Home Directories, permissions, user groups and accounts.
• Install, configure, secure, and upgrade non-core software products.
• Ensure end-user environment integrity and pro-actively address issues.
• Provide second-level incident support and mentor junior staff.
• Handle large projects and process changes as designed by Sr Analyst.
