Job summary

Bold Penguin is the premier digital broker for commercial insurance, seeking an End User Support Specialist to join our employee technology experience team in Dublin, OH. You will provide frontline technical support, configure devices, support A/V and connectivity, and manage onboarding/offboarding to ensure secure, timely access.

Responsibilities include triaging requests via Jira Service Management, imaging Macs/Windows PCs for new hires, and supporting SaaS apps like Slack, Google Workspace,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a help desk, desktop support, or customer-facing technical support role.
• Hands-on hardware work including imaging and setup.
• Experience with macOS and Windows 11.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 (Teams).
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Patience and clear communication with non-technical coworkers.
• Nice to have: Okta or another identity provider; Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming support requests via Jira Service Management.
• Physically set up new and replacement Mac and Windows computers for new hires.
• Perform password resets and basic troubleshooting for SaaS apps.
• Escalate to Tier 2 and identify recurring issues with limited documentation.
• Provide in-office A/V support for Zoom Room and events.
• Provision account access for new hires and update permissions as directed.
• Keep ticket notes accurate and help grow the knowledge base.
• Other duties as assigned.
