Job summary

Bold Penguin is seeking an End User Support Specialist in Dublin, OH to provide frontline technical support to employees, handling hardware, software, access, and onboarding tasks. You'll maintain devices, support in-office A/V, and manage access across Bold Penguin's apps and systems.

The role is hybrid (in-office 3 days/week) for local candidates. You'll troubleshoot across macOS/Windows, use Jira Service Management, and assist with onboarding, password resets, and SaaS

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a help desk or desktop support role.
• Hands-on hardware work including imaging and setup.
• Familiar with macOS and Windows 11 in a business setting.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage requests via Jira Service Management using service metrics.
• Physically set up new/ replacement Mac and Windows computers.
• Perform password resets and basic troubleshooting for SaaS apps.
• Escalate to Tier 2 and help identify recurring issues.
• Provide in-office A/V support for Zoom Room and events.
• Provision account access for new hires and adjust permissions.
• Maintain ticket notes and contribute to knowledge base.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
