Qualifications

• Experience managing full PO lifecycle including encoding and encumbrance tracking.

• Experience preparing journal vouchers and resolving data discrepancies.
• Advanced Excel skills with XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, filters and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Create, adjust, and ensure accurate coding and encumbrance tracking in the PO lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Budget to resolve workflow issues.
• Research and resolve system data discrepancies and coding errors.
• Prepare journal vouchers and support technical accounting tasks.
• Execute quarterly inmate billing processes with correct data routing.
• Apply advanced Excel to analyze and reconcile financial data.
• Serve as a liaison between financial units to resolve issues.
• Maintain data accuracy in financial systems and document corrections.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement-related workflows.
