You will handle dispatching, billing, scheduling, and general administrative support, thriving in a small team with strong communication and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has EMT-Basic NJ, BLS CPR, 1 year field experience, and familiarity with GIS/GPS and multi-line phone systems.

Qualifications

• Current EMT-Basic (NJ) certification is required.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year EMT field experience with medical procedures knowledge.
• Familiarity with GIS, GPS, and multi-line phone systems.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and communications for emergency and non-emergency requests.
• Coordinate ambulance and crew deployment using dispatch software.
• Maintain accurate patient data entry and PCRs.
• Provide EMT-level care during peak times or events when needed.
• Administrative tasks: scheduling, billing, and records management.
