Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an Employment Supervisor to lead a team delivering job readiness, training and placement services under grant-funded programs. This hybrid role supports quality service delivery and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree (or equivalent work experience) is required.
• Experience supervising, supporting and training staff.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct service staff through supervision and meetings.
• Oversee staff workload, case assignment, prioritization and problem-solving.
• Monitor program implementation to meet grant deliverables and compliance.
• Coordinate training activities and ensure high-quality services meeting funder requirements.
• Develop relationships with local employers for job placements and partnerships.
