Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of employment-focused experience supporting clients in refugee resettlement or related social service delivery.
• Experience supervising, supporting, and training staff.
• Excellent written and oral communications in English; ability to work with multilingual client populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct service staff through supervision including coaching and goal setting.
• Coordinate staff workload and case assignments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure program compliance with policies, procedures, and grant requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners for job placements.
• Draft program reports and components of grant proposals; monitor progress toward funded goals.
