BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for its Employment Practice in Worcester, MA. The role supports senior attorneys in litigation, counseling, drafting, investigations, and training matters. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule with three in-office days.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years in employment law, a JD, and MA licensure, with strong writing and communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Three to eight years of experience in an employment practice area.
• Experience representing employers in employment disputes.
• Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts; multi-state bar admissions are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
• Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft and revise employment policies, handbooks, and agreements.
• Provide counseling on HR and employment compliance matters.
• Litigate employment cases, including wrongful termination and discrimination.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including mediations and trials.
• Prepare and analyze discovery productions.
• Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and updates.
