ProService Hawaii is seeking a detail-driven Employee Relations Specialist to support Hawaii employers. You’ll handle payroll, benefits, PTO, and HR policy questions across phone, email, and in-person channels, triaging and resolving issues with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes timely case documentation, first-contact resolution, and strong ownership. The position operates in a high-volume, hybrid setting based in Honolulu, with field work across Oahu.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a call center/shared services/high-volume customer service is expected.
• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly, in writing and on the phone.
• Ability to juggle multiple systems (Salesforce, payroll tools, T&A) without losing context.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries in person, on the phone, email, and case channels.
• Process high-volume level-1 transactions with precision and first-contact resolution.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce.
• Escalate complex issues with full context and ownership through resolution.
• Guide employees toward self-service tools during routine interactions.
• Monitor patterns, flag service risks, and contribute improvement ideas.
