The position involves leading investigations, coordinating disciplinary actions, ensuring HIPAA/EEOC/OSHA compliance, and supporting policy improvements. Hybrid schedule: three days onsite, two days remote after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in employee relations, compliance, investigations, or related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements (EEOC, HIPAA, OSHA).
• Experience handling workplace investigations, employee complaints, and performance matters.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations initiatives, including complaints and investigations.
• Partner with leaders on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Oversee performance review processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, behavioral health regulations, and org policies.
• Manage HR compliance functions, including background checks, audits, and records.
• Supervise HR staff supporting compliance, HRIS, and personnel records.
• Analyze trends, identify risks, and propose policy/process improvements.
• Support a culture of accountability and employee engagement.
