Job summary

Hungryroot is seeking an Employee Experience Lead to architect the full employee experience, spanning culture, engagement, internal communications, onboarding, workplace operations, and events. You will partner with People leadership to build a connected, energized workplace that supports Hungryroot's next growth phase.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence, about 3 days per week, with collaboration across the People function and business leaders to drive impact and scale programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee experience, People ops, or related HR with increasing scope
• Proven track record designing and scaling programs for culture, engagement, onboarding
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate engagement data into actions
• Strong internal communications skills across calendars, channels, and announcements
• Experience delivering learning and development programs, including manager training
• Experience planning company events and managing budgets
• Familiarity with facilities operations or willingness to grow
• Excellent project management, handling multiple initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication and judgment
• High discretion and customer-service orientation in resolving issues

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of company-wide employee experience initiatives
• Serve as steward of Hungryroot's culture by designing and scaling programs
• Own onboarding and lifecycle programs from onboarding to recognition
• Partner with People leadership to translate feedback into action plans
• Own internal communications strategy and calendars across channels
• Develop scalable onboarding resources and experiences
• Oversee events and engagement, including budgets
• Manage workplace operations and vendor relationships
• Resolve workplace issues with a customer-focused approach
