Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Consulting Strategist for our Pittsburgh, PA office on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with client management teams to drive the execution of multi-year Employee Benefits strategies, ensuring excellence across deliverables and vendor relationships.

Requires 5+ years in employee benefits consulting, a State Life/Accident/Health license, and strong communication with executive-level clients.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 5 years of experience in an employee benefits consulting role.
• State Life, Accident, and Health License (required).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
• Proven project leadership experience in employee benefits or related consulting environments.
• Demonstrated ability to present to executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute employee benefits strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee Client Management teams to deliver multi-year benefits strategies.
• Build strong relationships with vendor partners to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure project plans, timelines, and communications frameworks guide clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and risks, ensuring timely issue resolution.
