Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage client services for a mid-market book and act as the primary contact from lead through renewal. The role focuses on delivering high-value service, cross-sell opportunities, and seamless coordination with the Producer team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 8+ years of experience, and a valid insurance license with CE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License and ongoing CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages all client required services and maintains client relationship with minimal input from Producers.
• Manages mid market book of business through direction of employees on service team.
• Receives and develops new business leads and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serves as direct point of contact for client from lead to renewal.
