Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager for Employee Health & Benefits to deliver outstanding client service and manage complex accounts. You will resolve claims, billing, and eligibility issues while guiding benefits consultants and coordinating renewal strategies.

The role involves leading RFP processes, negotiating with carriers, and overseeing enrollment workflows, with a focus on compliance and strategic client outcomes. A hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum three years of Benefits/HR experience required.
• Working knowledge of risk management techniques and Employee Health and Benefits markets.
• Deep understanding of funding mechanisms and ability to share knowledge with stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and manage client accounts effectively, resolving complex issues related to claims, billing and eligibility.
• Lead the marketing process by gathering RFP documents and exploring negotiation opportunities.
• Drive carrier negotiations and oversee technological implementations to ensure seamless client experience.
• Prepare presentations, develop meeting agendas and coordinate plan documents for enrollment.
• Collaborate with compliance resources to ensure regulatory adherence and oversee renewal lifecycle.
• Engage with decision-makers to drive client strategy and oversee renewals.
