Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Migration Engineer in Fort Mill, SC for a 12-month contract to hire. The hybrid role focuses on planning, designing, and executing large-scale email and data migrations, including moving mailboxes to Exchange Online and data into a Box environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Exchange Online migrations, Proofpoint, DNS, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, and MigrationWiz. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 3+ years IT experience.
• 3+ years with Exchange Online migrations.
• 3+ years with Proofpoint Email Protection.
• Strong understanding of DKIM, SPF, DMARC, DNS.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience using MigrationWiz for mailbox migrations.
• Experience configuring Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist mailbox migrations from external sources into Exchange Online tenants.
• Plan and execute migration activities with minimal user disruption.
• Collaborate with engineers, teams, and partners on configurations and requirements.
• Provide escalation support to end users during migrations.
• Document procedures, configurations, and lessons learned.
• Assist Data Migration to move data into Box environment.
• Troubleshoot across migration tools, platforms, and devices.
• Explain migration steps to non-technical stakeholders.
