Responsibilities

Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and manage certificates, ID cards, binders, invoices, and related documents.
Assist or lead new and renewal business processes; prepare submissions and proposals.
Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor activities to ensure timely task completion.
Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections and ensure adherence to policies to minimize E&O exposure.
