Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and renewals
• Prepare submissions and proposals; gather underwriting information
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor activities and task completion
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections, minimize errors and omissions exposure
