Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Registered California Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) with reciprocity capability.
• 8–10 years of electrical engineering experience in water/wastewater or similar industry.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; familiarity with NE C/NFPA 820.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for water and wastewater facilities.
• Prepare documents for plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Develop designs including ladders like One-Line Diagrams and Motor Control Diagrams.
• Coordinate with utility companies for new services as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with multi-discipline teams.
