Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field.
• Five years of relevant experience in Power Generation or related industry.
• Ten years’ experience in power generation (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety first mentality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform or lead testing and maintenance of protective electrical systems in substations and plants.
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and contract teams on complex electrical projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical training to junior technicians.
• Read and revise power plant drawings and schematics.
