Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of electrical building services design experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and energy efficiency.
- Experience with fire alarm, security, and data networks.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems for buildings, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems.
- Prepare electrical drawings, specifications, and schedules using CAD software.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new building projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for integration.
- Oversee electrical installations, inspections, and commissioning to ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and post-occupancy.
