Job summary

Hunt Electric is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead marketing, estimating, project administration, planning, scheduling, and reporting for medium electrical construction projects. The role is on-site in the Hibbing area, serving the Duluth area and Range projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in the electrical industry, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical industry.
• Understanding of design/build requirements and contract documents.
• Knowledge of electrical materials, methods, and tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop customer relationships to secure future business.
• Direct and supervise service technicians and crews per contracts.
• Manage projects economically while prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality.
• Prepare, process, and maintain files, schedules, reports, and billing.
• Direct project planning through purchasing, engineering, subletting and installation.
• Collaborate with team during bidding.
