Job summary

Consumers Energy is seeking an Electric Scheduling Administrative Support contractor via Magnit. The role is hybrid to Jackson, Michigan, with one day per week onsite, supporting scheduling tasks and coordination across teams.

Key duties include creating packets, coordinating Miss Dig calls, and utilizing SAP, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. Experience with SAP is a plus; training will be provided for the scheduler role to cover absences.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year's work experience. This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to facilitate scheduling and coordination of tasks, projects, and resources.
• Create packets and coordinate Miss Dig calls.
• Utilize SAP, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams in daily work.
• Assist the scheduler and learn in that role to cover absences.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
